At BOLIVIANA – Die Seele Boliviens, we bring the soul of Bolivia to the heart of Berlin. Our signature creation, the salteña, is more than just an empanada — it’s a complete, flavorful meal wrapped in golden pastry, crafted with care from over 30 fresh ingredients.
Founded in 2021 by Bolivian entrepreneur Sergio Orías, BOLIVIANA was born in the vibrant Berlin neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg with a clear purpose: to share the culinary essence of Bolivia with Europe.
What started as a small gastronomic project soon connected with a passionate community. From word-of-mouth within the Bolivian community to recognition from local food lovers, our offerings now boast top ratings across platforms and a loyal customer base that continues to grow.
Our mission is to introduce Europe to the authentic flavors and culture of Bolivia. We offer premium products such as salteñas, cuñapés, and pucakapas, paired with coffee, wines, and goods straight from our homeland. We believe that great food builds bridges, and we are working to make the salteña Europe's favorite empanada.
